Mechanics
- Taxi and Tricycle drivers will be issued a Partner’s Card and GS, AA or GSM shall give details on the mechanics of the said card.
- Whenever a tricycle or taxi driver delivers guests to the locale holding a Partner’s Card, the Tricycle/ Taxi shall be entitled to a cash incentive amounting to Twenty Pesos (Php20.00) and will be counted as one visit/ point to be marked on his card.
- Locale Officers (HPM/GSM/AA/EH) should countersign and validate the usage of the Partner’s Card for control and monitoring purposes.
- If the Partner members deliver guests who shall avail of our “Mabuhay” promo or the room rate of Php215, the member will still be entitled to the Twenty Pesos (Php20.00) cash incentive but shall not be validated as one point on his Partner’s Card. This shall be countersigned and validated by the officer as this will not be considered as one valid delivery.
- As soon as the Partners Card Member/ Holder reaches the 8th or 16th guests delivery within 30 days from the date of his 1st point, the member shall be issued a coupon that will entitle him of free 3 & 5 liters of gasoline, respectively.
- Locale Partners members/ holders may exchange the coupon to Caltex/ Petron for the free gasoline incentive.
- Caltex/ Petron, Shell, etc. shall bill the locale (per area), on a weekly basis and will settle accounts through check payments.
- For other types of Gasoline station tie up, the Locale may give a pre-paid X no of liters of Gasoline and shall be advised by the said Station on a weekly basis if fund is needed to be replenished.
