  • HR MANAGER/ DIRECTOR

    Responsible for driving the HR Department to be a strategic business partner of management. Responsibility involves benefits administration, succession planning, salary planning, performance management, training, career development, manpower planning, talent management, salary planning and capacity building and employee communication. He will also develop and implement strategies to improve organization effectiveness. Candidate must posses at least Post Graduate Diploma/ Masters Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent; With at least 5 years of experience in Managing Human Resources
  • F & B SUPERVISOR

    Responsible for overseeing kitchen operations. Upholds quality, implements cost efficiency in terms of food preparation and purchasing. Reviews regularly all menu items and attain F&B sales targets and food cost. Ensures the standardization of equipment / supplies in coordination with the Purchasing Department. Applicants must be a graduate of HRM, Nutrition or other culinary-related courses. At least three years experience in a hotel or restaurant operation; must be customer service-oriented; 25-30 years old.

    Applicants must be a graduate of Psychology or Behavioral Science, must have at least 2 years experience in personnel work; must be well-versed in labor relations; must have the ability to express ideas clearly both in oral and written communication; must have leadership skills and can work with minimal supervision; male or female, not more than 30 years old.
  • GUEST SERVICE MANAGER

    Responsible for the direct supervision of the staff and operation for the shift. Implements all assigned tasks and projects, and ensures attainment of all cost control programs and activities. Handles all customer-related requirement; implements, and upholds the standards of quality, service, cleanliness, and corporate values. Conducts walk thru & housekeeping inspection, sales cut off, and submits all the required reports. Trains and conducts meetings, one-on-ones to all staff. Ensures smooth operation and high employee morale at all times. Candidates must have a degree in HRM, Marketing and Business Management; at least three years supervisory experience in a service oriented company preferably in hotel and/or restaurant operation; proficient in oral and written communication and MS Office; highly developed skills in supervising people, planning, organizing, control, marketing, service-excellence, quality management, housekeeping, food and beverage, preventive maintenance and inventory control. Willing to accept rotational, provincial and shifting assignment. Not over 35 years old.
  • IT SUPERVISOR/ PROGRAMMER

    Responsible for handling and controlling IT programs and systems. Will give technical support to Operations. Must be a graduate of Computer Engineering, Computer Science or other related courses. Knowledgeable in Visual Basic, Visual FoxPro, PHP, Novell and Linux softwares. At least one year supervisory experience. Male/female, not more than 30 years old.

    Responsible for managing a hotel and restaurant, for attaining business objectives, sales targets, and the bottom line. Manages, motivates, trains and develops all the supervisors and staff under him. Develops, conducts market studies, and implements marketing programs and strategies to maintain market leadership and attain sales targets. Implements and attains the highest standards in quality, service, cleanliness, and value for money for the customers. Ensures high employee morale at all times. Conducts benchmarking, implements best practices to exceed customer satisfaction, and to increase organizational efficiency and productivity. Applicants must have a degree in HRM, Business Management or Marketing; at least 6 years supervisory experience in a service-oriented company, preferably in hotel and/or restaurant operation; proficient in oral and written communication, MS Office; highly developed skills in supervising people, planning, organizing, control, marketing and customer service. Not over 35 years old; willing to be assigned in any of the properties and outside Metro Manila.
  • MANAGEMENT TRAINEES (MT)

    The MT will undergo extensive Hotel operations and corporate functional training across different hotel properties. During the training, the MT is expected to acquire and pass the needed concepts, skills and attitudes necessary for the person to perform supervisory and/or managerial position in the Company later on. The training program encompasses hotel operations from housekeeping, customer service, front desk, F&B, kitchen and restaurant operations, cashiering, materials management and inventory, finance, human resources, quality management (ISO & IQA), leading and supervising staff. Candidates must be a graduate of Business Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Engineering or any four-year course; with at least two years work experience in a hotel or any service-oriented operations; Male or Female; not more than 30 years old; willing to accept shifting as well as provincial and rotational assignment.
  • CERTIFIED PUBLIC ACCOUNTANT (AUDITOR/ ACCOUNTANT)

    Responsible for ensuring compliance to ISO standards/ company procedures. Conducts auditing/ accounting on financial, fixed assets, human resources, management processes and systems; and prepares reports for Management action. Applicant must be a Certified Public Accountant, with at least 1-year work experience in Audit or Accounting; Male or female, 23-28 years old.
  • GUEST SERVICE SPECIALIST/ FRONT DESK OFFICER

    Handles the telephone system and takes messages and instructions from the guests. Answers inquiries with correct information and do telemarketing to guests to check-in and avail of amenities and other services. Knowledgeable in PABX and telephone rules and etiquette preferred. Secures all cash revenues and implements cost control measures. Applicant must be a Graduate of HRM, Tourism or any business course. Female, not more than 26 years old. Proficient in English communication.
  • PROJECT ENGINEER

    Responsible for the overall completion of the project. Experienced in the construction or renovation of medium to high rise buildings. Must be knowledgeable on bidding processes & procedures, documentation and implementation of projects. Must know how to prepare billings, accomplishment reports, construction schedules and must have an intensive knowledge on civil, architectural, plumbing (fire protection, sewerline, water proofing, water treatment), electrical mechanical (elevators, ducting system, cooling system). Applicant must be a licensed Civil Engineer, must have at least 3 years relevant experience. Male, not more than 30 years old.
  • INTERIOR DESIGNER

    Responsible for creating new design, lay-out, and concept of rooms and other room amenities; recommends/renders color schemes and architectural specifications; conducts periodic visit of sites and checks proper implementation of room designs; research & development of new materials, new room designs and lay-out. Must be familiar with hotel rooms and leisure designs. Applicant must be a graduate of Interior Design. Female, 22-26 years old. Proficient in the use of AutoCAD; at least one-year work experience as Interior Designer
