Our relationship with our business partners, be it suppliers, employees, guests, etc…. genuine and sincere. We will not be where we are now. If it were not for them and how we deal with them. They are equally responsible for our success. All told, our pursuit of excellence is never ending. Expansion is not our thrust, customer service is. Zero-complaints is what we aim for. Our weaknesses must be isolated. Perfection, our goal. Of all our rooms, "improvement" is our largest. Our properties, a home away from home. Our guests must be treated like kings & queens. Our housekeeping staff at their beck and call. Their stay with us must be perfect. We too, must be the perfect hosts. We must remember, our guests do not complain.
